October is Italian Heritage Month… what better way could there be than to spend an evening with Italian-American fathers, sons, grandsons, and nephews celebrating their heritage and memories with the members of the Professional & Businessmen’s Club (PROBUS.) Excellent food, comradery, lots of smiles and sharing fond remembrances of fathers and grand-fathers and the immigrant struggle...and a toast to our ancestors: The life we are living today was “once upon a time!"
